First of all a big special thanks to all of the parents for the concession stand donations!
Brenda Graham managed to hold it down in the concession stand for the entire tournament!
A job that I know that I couldn't do.
The Skedgell family came and gave much needed support to all aspects of the tournament on Saturday. From helping in the concession stand to running the clock or keeping score.
Bryce Stanhope was our "bracketoligist".
Ian Graham and Matt Robinson for delivering the Subs and anything else that was needed.
Mrs. Elliston, and Emily Robinson also, thanks.
Brenda said that we sold over 330 hotdogs over the 2-days, wow!!!

We had a total of 20 teams playing in our tournament. I have to say that out of all 5 that we've had, the 2006 Classic has been the best!! The talent and the competitiveness of all of the teams is what made this the best so far(for the younger age groups).

The kids who'd never experienced playing for me in an actual game, got a real treat. We had history lessons, compaired Coke and Pepsi, talked about "Oscar worthy" movies and our favorite Pop/R&B singers...... All during the course of the games!!! *A special mention to TJ Verville of the u-12's who correctly answered that Andrew Jackson is on a $20 bill. TJ won a Camp Darryl shoe bag!*

We did pretty well in terms of games. The u-12's played 5; the u-13's played 6; the u-14/Royal played 4 and the u-14/White played 7. I don't have the actual number, but I may have coached in at least 15 games.

As a program, we finished runner-up in the u-12 and u-14 divisions, and were semi-finalists in the u-13 division.
